Okay, I’m REALLY picky with reblogging tip graphics. This: this is a new favorite! I think I’m going to do it with Silly Bands. Partly because I have a bunch of Muppet Silly Bands, and partly because it’s less obvious to people that I’m a weirdo. lol And I can really mix up the colors!
Also something you can do with rubber bands/Silly Bands: you can snap it against your wrist when you reach for unhealthy food. Heard that in a Weight Watchers meeting when I was little.

Matchstick Molly Challenge!! Week 1.

It was super duper delishh. 

And I’m glad that my mommy bought two more of them so I can demolish them later this week. 

Demolish is not an understatement…they are a very messy fruit!!
